If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, briefs, shorts and bras can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing issue. If you received the wrong item or there’s a defect, just send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it, no shipping costs, no hassle.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and typically reflect within 7–14 business days. Returns are accepted across all GCC countries. If the return isn’t due to our error, courier charges may apply.
